Abstract: A garment with carrying pouch and support system comprising, in general, a garment such as a tee shirt, a pouch integrated into the back of the garment having a downward opening, adjustable shoulder and waist straps affixed to the pouch to shift weight from the neck area to the shoulders and waist, a smooth liner covering the interior of the pouch to ease insertion of the device therein, and a stiffener to maintain the pouch in the shape of the device, and, thus such garment, functions as a hands-free, removeably secure device retention, storage and support system.
