  • Publication number: 20190273853
Abstract: A method of assembling a camera assembly for a vehicular vision system includes providing a first housing portion, providing a printed circuit board (PCB), the PCB including circuitry, providing a mating connector at the PCB, disposing the PCB within the first housing portion, providing a second housing portion including a connector portion configured for connecting to a vehicle wiring, and disposing a coaxial connector at the connector portion of the second housing portion. The coaxial connector includes (i) a core connector element and (ii) a shield connector element that circumscribes the core connector element and that is spaced therefrom. Mating the second housing portion with the first housing portion, and electrically connecting a first end of the coaxial connector to the mating connector disposed at the PCB. The coaxial connector includes a second end for electrically connecting to the vehicle wiring when the camera assembly is installed at the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 10298823
Abstract: A camera assembly for a vehicle vision system includes a housing having a first housing portion and a second housing portion, with a circuit element disposed within the first housing portion. The second housing portion has a connector portion configured for connecting to a vehicle wiring when the camera assembly is installed at a vehicle. A coaxial connector is disposed at the connector portion of the second housing portion. The coaxial connector includes a plurality of electrical coaxial connector elements. Each of the electrical coaxial connector elements has (i) a first end that is configured for electrically connecting to circuitry of the circuit element within the first housing portion and (ii) a second end that is configured for electrically connecting to the vehicle wiring.

  • Patent number: 9711302
Abstract: An operating member including an actuating part movably mounted between a rest position and a switching position, a circuit board with an open contacting portion, a switching mat made of an elastic material disposed adjacent to the circuit board, and at least one contact pill formed on a side of the switching mat facing towards the circuit board, which cooperate in such a way that, in the switching position of the actuating part at the latest, the open contacting portion of the circuit board is closed by the contact pill, and where the switching mat moreover forms at least one tactile-feel dome which is associated with the contact pill, is elastically compressible by actuation of the actuating part in the direction of the switching position and which, in its initial position, defines a unilaterally open hollow volume in the switching mat, in order to cause a tactile feedback on the actuating part, where the contact pill is disposed outside the hollow volume defined by the tactile-feel dome.

  • Patent number: 6616946
Abstract: Polymeric hollow particles for delivery of an agent are provided that change permeability in response to a change in an external stimulus such as pH, temperature, light, ionic strength, electric field, magnetic field and/or solvent composition. The particles can have a shell formed of an amphiphilic triblock ABA or BAB copolymer, where A is a hydrophilic block and B is a hydrophobic block. Low permeability particles with a reversibly permeable shell expand and increase permeability in response to a stimulus so that an active agent such as a therapeutic, prophylactic or diagnostic agent can be introduced. Removing the stimulus allows the particles to return to a low permeability state to form particles loaded with the active agent. Surfaces of the particles can be modified with specific ligands that allow the particles to be directed to a specific target via molecular recognition.
