  • Patent number: 11962635
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for dynamically switching between synchronous and asynchronous communication channels. A communication request can be received from an application, and a request identifier can be generated for the communication request. The communication request can be transmitted to an edge server application via a first communication channel. The first communication channel can be selected from a plurality of communication channels based at least in part on a policy. In an instance in which a condition specified by the policy is detected in the transmission of the communication request, a second communication channel can be selected from the plurality of communication channels. The communication request can be transmitted to the edge server application using the second communication channel.

  • Publication number: 20240113774
Abstract: A first data connector for communicating data with a second data connector includes a data communication interface including adjacent radiofrequency antenna elements, wherein a plurality of the adjacent radiofrequency antenna elements forms a radiofrequency data antenna array and another radiofrequency antenna element of the adjacent radiofrequency antenna elements forms a radiofrequency control channel antenna element, each radiofrequency antenna element of the radiofrequency data antenna array being configured to communicate a subchannel signal of the data to a corresponding radiofrequency data antenna element of a data communication interface of the second data connector bidirectionally. The radiofrequency control channel antenna element is configured to manage data communications through the radiofrequency data antenna array. An attachment interface is positioned on the first data connector and configured to removably attach the first data connector to the second data connector.

  • Patent number: 11144764
Abstract: Systems, methods, and storage media for selecting video portions for a video synopsis of streaming video content are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: extract at least a portion of an audio track from a live stream of video content over time to create an audio file; convert the audio file from a time domain to a frequency domain; generate a visual representation of the spectrum of frequencies of the audio signal as it varies with time; apply a classification algorithm to the visual representation to generate interest probability scores for portions of the audio signal; select portions of the audio signal that meet or exceed a threshold probability score; correlate the selected portions of the audio signal to corresponding segments of the video content that has been streamed; and select the corresponding segments of the video content for inclusion in the synopsis.

  • Publication number: 20190303499
Abstract: Systems and methods for making video content recommendations. Metadata relating to at least one content item consumed by the user is received. The video data is stored as at least one video data file for each of the content items and frame change times are extracted for each of the content items from corresponding of the at least one video data file. Frame image files are created for each of the content items based on corresponding sets of the frame times and entity data is extracted from the frame files. Audio data of each of the content items is converted to text data and the entity data and the text data are merged for each content item to create a list of tokens corresponding to each content item. A document vector is determined for each content item based on the list of tokens corresponding to that content item and the similarity of each item of content to each item in a different set of content items is determined based on the vectors.
