    Abstract: A flow-through DC voltage changer having an electronic switch in the primary-side main circuit and having a further output circuit that absorbs energy in the blocking phase of the flow-through DC voltage changer. An arrangement having two diodes and two capacitors is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer for supplying an electronic circuit with an auxiliary voltage that is higher compared to the output voltage. The flow-through DC voltage changer is especially suitable for supplying ASICs.
