Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an actuator including an armature with a cutting blade system and cutting blade that is useful in, for example, devices, systems, and methods for nail clipping especially in domestic animals. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to devices, systems, and methods for animal nail clipping that include the novel actuator of the invention.
