  • Publication number: 20260257444
Abstract: A rotary press includes a press housing and a rotor arranged in the press housing. The rotor includes an upper and lower punch guides configured to guide upper and lower press punches, respectively, and a die plate defining a plurality of receptacles. At least one filling apparatus is configured to dispense material into the plurality of receptacles and at least one pressure apparatus is configured to press the material into pellets. The rotary press further includes a binding agent tank containing a liquid binding agent and at least one atomizing nozzle positioned inside the press housing. A conveying apparatus is configured to convey binding agent from the binding agent tank to the atomizing nozzle. The atomizing nozzle is configured to generate a spray mist of the binding agent inside the press housing to bind with dust particles.

  • Publication number: 20260249579
Abstract: A filling apparatus for a rotary press that is rotationally driven by a rotary drive includes a housing fixedly positioned above the die plate and defining a first chamber. A first wheel is positioned in the first chamber and configured to be driven by the rotary drive to fill the plurality of cavities with powder material located in the first chamber. A gearbox is positioned in a gearbox housing and coupled to the rotary drive and configured to transmit a rotational movement of the rotary drive to the first wheel. A gearbox coupling is positioned on the gearbox housing and an intermediate bearing is positioned on the housing and configured for detachably mounting the gearbox housing. The intermediate bearing comprises a bearing coupling corresponding to the gearbox coupling and configured to enable the gearbox housing to be releasably connected to the bearing coupling via the gearbox coupling.

  • Patent number: 11499850
Abstract: A method for transferring a sensor of a production apparatus with a sensor assembly positioned in a housing includes connecting at least one of (1) supply lines, and (2) sensor signal lines to a sensor section of the sensor. A first end of a sealing sleeve is sealingly connected to a sealing section of the sensor. A second end of the sealing sleeve is sealingly connected to a sealing container. The sensor with the sealing sleeve are inserted into the sealing container. A first end of the sealing container is sealingly connected to an access opening defined by the housing of the production apparatus. The access opening is opened and the sensor is transferred from the sealing container to an interior of the housing.
