The method may include injecting a molding into a volume between the core and outer mold, removing the molding from the core and outer mold, and filling the molding to form the breast implant. A first thickness of the volume between the core and the outer mold around a perimeter of the core at a vertex boundary may be greater than a second thickness of the volume between the core and the outer mold at a cusp of the core.
