  • Publication number: 20230323937
Abstract: The invention relates to a gearwheel (1, 11, 31) with a three-part structure consisting of an outer toothed rim (2), a connecting element (3), and a hub element (4). The outer toothed rim (2) has a plurality of teeth (5) and is made of a plastic material injection-molded onto an outer edge (16) of the connecting element (3). The connecting element (3) has a central through-going opening (7) and the hub element (4) is arranged in the said through-going opening (7). To enable a lighter and/or inexpensive structure, the gearwheel (1, 11, 31) is characterized in that the thickness of the connecting element (3) is less than that of the hub element (4), and the connecting element (3) has a plurality of reinforcing structures (17, 24).

  • Publication number: 20190309815
Abstract: A leaf spring device (1, 101) for a vehicle with a spring leaf (2, 102) made from a fiber-enforced plastic. In order to realize the stiffness and/or a progressive suspension of the leaf spring device (1, 101) during increasing spring stress, the spring leaf is has an inner space (5, 6, 105, 106), which is at least partially or completely filled with an elastic material.

  • Publication number: 20190309814
Abstract: A leaf spring device (1) for a vehicle having a first spring leaf (2) made of a fiber reinforced plastic and at least one further spring leaf (3). The first spring leaf (2) and the further spring leaf (3) interact with one another to implement a progressive suspension. The first spring leaf (2) has a receiving space (4) and the further spring leaf (3) is arranged in the receiving space (4) so as to implement the progressive suspension and/or to increase stability when using such a leaf-spring device (1).
