  • Publication number: 20230120949
Abstract: A medical fluid pump, such as an infusion pump or syringe pump, includes a printed circuit board equipped with control devices of the medical fluid pump. The control device can include at least the control device of a motor of the medical fluid pump. The medical fluid pump also includes a wireless communication module in the form of a communication circuit board. The communication circuit board is arranged substantially perpendicular or orthogonally to the printed circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20230001077
Abstract: A syringe pump includes a syringe bracket fixing a syringe in a syringe channel. The syringe bracket is connected to the syringe pump via a tubular bracket arm and can be pulled out of the syringe pump and locked in the pulled-out position by a catch mechanism so as to insert a syringe into the syringe pump, and after the catch mechanism is released, a spring preload on the bracket arm pulls the syringe bracket back to the syringe pump. The retraction of the bracket arm is damped by a motion damper.

  • Publication number: 20230001075
Abstract: A medical syringe pump includes a housing and a drive head movable linearly to the housing by a tube-shaped or rod-shaped retention arm for actuating a syringe inserted in the housing, for which purpose the retention arm is connected in an axially fixed manner with an advance carriage and is in engagement with an advance spindle via the advance carriage. The medical syringe pump includes a twist protection which protects the advance carriage from twisting about the axis of the retention arm.

  • Publication number: 20230001076
Abstract: A medical fluid pump, in particular a syringe pump, includes a housing and a drive head linearly movable toward the housing via a tubular or rod-shaped drive arm. The drive head has a drive head lower shell facing the housing and a drive head upper shell turned away from the housing. A metallic support structure in the form of a plate is accommodated in an interior space formed by the drive head lower shell and the drive head upper shell and is directly fixed to the drive head lower shell and to a free end portion of the tubular or rod-shaped drive arm.

  • Publication number: 20230001074
Abstract: A medical fluid pump has a housing, a front lid pivotably hinged to the housing, and a carrying handle. The carrying handle, which may have a bow-shaped design, is pivotably hinged to two opposing side faces of the housing. The carrying handle is hinged to the housing such that a handle portion of the carrying handle lies, in a swiveled-out state, in a direction of gravity substantially over a center of gravity of the fluid pump.

  • Patent number: 11473619
Abstract: A double-row rolling-element bearing unit of a medical pump, preferably syringe pump, has a bearing core forming a first inner running surface for first rolling elements, which first inner running surface faces in an axial direction, and forms a second inner running surface for second rolling elements, which second inner running surface is arranged oppositely to the first inner running surface in the axial direction. The pump has a bearing bush, which can be mounted on a housing portion and forms a first outer running surface, which lies opposite the first inner running surface, and the pump has a bearing pan, which forms a second outer running surface, which lies opposite the second inner running surface. At least one preloading element couples the bearing pan to the bearing bush with a defined preload to join the double-row rolling-element bearing unit as a unit.
