  • Patent number: 10598951
Abstract: An apparatus for generating light having a plurality of wavelengths comprises a housing (1) and light sources (2) inside the housing (1). The light sources (2) are especially in the form of laser diodes. Preferably, three light sources having different wavelengths are formed. The apparatus further comprises collimating lenses (3) for collimating a light beam emitted by the light sources (2), and beam guiding elements for bundling the light beams. The collimating lenses (3) are disposed in a positioning module (4) that allows the collimating lenses (3) to be placed in different positions during the manufacturing process of the apparatus.

    Assignee: FISBA AG
Inventors: Hansruedi Moser, Marcel Wäspi, Patrick Spring
  • Patent number: 10591717
Abstract: A light module (1) which comprises preferably at least three laser diodes (2a, 2b, 2c) that emit light in a visible wavelength range, a respective collimating device (3a, 3b, 3c) per laser diode, a beam combination device (4) for combining the emitted light of the individual laser diodes (2a, 2b, 2c), a beam-shaping device (5) for shaping the combined beam, and at least one emitter (6) for generating non-visible light, in particular an IR laser diode. The emitter (6) is arranged in such a way that the emitted non-visible light is not guided through at least one of the beam combination device (4) or the beam-shaping device (5).

  • Publication number: 20190025686
Abstract: A method for producing a light module (1) comprises: putting in position, in particular pressing in, at least two, preferably three light sources (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), in particular laser diodes, in a light source holder (3), in particular a diode holder; positioning a beam combination device (4) comprising at least one dichroic mirror (5) per laser diode, wherein the respective dichroic mirrors (5) are spaced from one another; putting in position collimation lenses (6), one in front of each of the laser diodes on a base plate (7) such that the light emitted from the laser diodes is collimated, preferably with a collimation lens (6) in a positioning module (8), wherein the dichroic mirrors (5) are simultaneously placed on the base plate (7).
