The system comprises at least one system access device connected to a server, which in turn is connected to a database that contains an archive of historical data related to users. The server further comprises means for generating an offer that is based on the historical data; the system access devices comprise at least one interface for identifying consumers that is independent of the point of sale where the system access devices are located.
