Abstract: The present invention provides an assembly of machined or precision cast components which combine to form a high pressure water powered motor. The motor includes a rigid metal housing, a high pressure water inlet, an impeller rotatably mounted within the housing, an output drive shaft for connection to a machine tool and at least one handgrip or alternatively an extendable handle capable of articulation throughout an extended range. The motor is attachable to a pump driven by an electric motor or internal combustion engine to provide high pressure water thereto.

The rotary tool is attachable to a pump driven by an electric motor or internal combustion engine.
