Abstract: A computer-based system receives and analyzes digital communication between at least one party in a business enterprise and another party using a natural language analyzer to extract meanings from the message. The system includes a database storing specific actions to be taken upon the detection of specified meanings in such communications. Certain actions may require the system to interrogate the enterprise computer system's database to locate the existence or nature of specified data. The directed actions take the form of communications within an enterprise to assist activities related to the analyzed digital communication.
