The housing includes a first axial cover extending radially and a second axial cover each extending radially outward from the longitudinal body. The first axial cover and the second axial cover are axially spaced apart from one another and define a space therebetween and around the longitudinal body portion. A circumferential cover extends circumferential around radially outermost edges of the first axial cover and the second axial cover and surrounding the space.
