The method can include detecting, by one or more computing devices, a user input describing incontinence information; updating, by the one or more computing devices and in response to detecting the user input, a private log based at least in part on the incontinence information; determining, by the one or more computing devices and after updating the private log, a performance metric based at least in part on comparing the private log with a current plan; and providing, by the one or more computing devices, a progress notification based at least in part on the performance metric.
