    Abstract: Quantum processors are provided. A first plurality of neutral atoms is provided in an active zone, each in a respective optical trap of a first array. A first logical qubit is encoded into the first plurality of neutral atoms by first and second lasers. The first plurality of neutral atoms is illuminated while in the active zone by at least the first or second laser, thereby applying a gate to the first logical qubit. The first plurality of neutral atoms is adiabatically moved from the active zone to a readout zone, each to a respective optical trap of a second array. The first plurality of neutral atoms is illuminated while in the readout zone by a third laser. An image of the first plurality of neutral atoms is captures while in the readout zone, thereby determining the state of the first logical qubit.

    Abstract: A process of modifying workflows associated with processing an incident scene in response to detecting contamination of the incident scene. An electronic computing device obtains a first image of an incident scene at a first point in time and analyzes the first image to detect a state of evidentiary items present at the incident scene. The device obtains a second image of the incident scene at a second point in time and detects a change in the state of the evidentiary items based on a comparison of the first and second images. When it is determined that one or more persons entered or exited the incident scene during a time period between the first point in time and the second point in time, the device detects that the incident scene has been contaminated and generates a workflow modification identifying one or more actions for execution by a workflow server.

The first electronic processor is configured to receive a first notification indicative of movement of the object of interest into a second area and an access input, and associate the visual characteristic of the object of interest with the access input.     Abstract: Examples provide a cloud server management controller configured to determine a network resource threshold and a cloud resource availability for a cloud server. The first resource availability is an amount of cloud network resources available in the cloud server within the network resource threshold. For each respective system of a plurality of local network systems, the controller determines a local resource usage and predicts a cloud resource requirement. The cloud resource requirement is an amount of cloud network resources required to provide a cloud-based equivalent of the respective system. The controller builds a model based on the cloud resource requirement for each respective system and the network resource threshold. The model defines a cloud migration priority for each of the plurality of local network systems. Based on the model, the controller generates a cloud migration timeline for sequentially migrating each respective system to the cloud server.
