Abstract: A hinged zipper assembly includes first and second zipper members each having a facing side, an opposite side, an upper edge, and an opposite lower edge. Each of the zipper members has a profile protrusion that extends from the facing sides and are located between the upper and lower edges. The profile protrusions mesh with each other to interlock with each other. A living hinge is formed in the first zipper member and/or the second zipper member between the lower edge and the profile protrusion. The zipper members are formed with flanges that extend from the lower edges. The flanges are configured to be affixed to panels of an enclosure that is closed by meshing of the profile protrusions of the first and second zipper members with each other.

Each log requirement specifies a particular log item to be completed by a user by a completion time, and each site specifies a particular physical location. Sites and site users are also associated. Site users for a site are users specified as being responsible for the site. Each site user is associated with at least one log requirement for the site. Each site has an associated notified user. As site users complete logs for the site, or fail to complete logs, the notified user for the site is notified.

Log requirements specify respective log items and a instantiation time for each log items. A service executes periodically, and determines an instantiation time window. For each log requirement having a instantiation time falling within the instantiation time window, a log item is instantiated. By instantiating log items only at times when the log items are to be completed, resources (e.g., memory) are conserved and the number of log items requiring attention are reduced.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to resealable zippers or reclosures for flexible packaging which is child-deterrent or child-resistant. This zipper or reclosure includes two profiles, wherein at least one profile includes a tab created from flange material between upper and lower sets of interlocking elements. The user grasps the tab to separate the two profiles in order to open the packaging. The flange may alternatively include a finger aperture or a finger slit.
