  • Publication number: 20240050963
Abstract: The present invention relates to a modular shower head assembly, the assembly comprises a water flow regulator module, a swivel adapter and a shower head, a restrictor diffuser has been incorporated into both the water flow regulator module and the swivel adapter module to homogenise the turbulence and deliver a smooth flow, so as to obtain a soft, uniform curtain of rain, in addition, each module is interchangeable in such a way that it can be used according to the user's needs, the assembly is scalable, as the user can purchase each piece separately and couple them together until having a modular shower head assembly, it should be noted that said modules can be used with other shower heads.

  • Publication number: 20240042465
Abstract: The present invention is a shower head system that includes various components such as a rotary body, flow regulator, hinged arm, wall mount, and reinforced connector. The system allows for unlimited circular movement of the arm's tubular segments through hinges. Methods for installation and adjustment of resistive force within and outside the hinges are provided to control the relative movement between the tubular segments. To ensure structural strength, a reinforced connector and a plate mount with a seal are incorporated. A specially designed hinge, consisting of two perfectly fitting parts (male and female), is attached to the connector using a small tube. Axial resistive force means are applied to a screw passing through the hinge parts, preventing free-falling of the tubular segments when the hinge is loosened. This system also ensures the safety of the tubular segments by securely trapping them with the screw, eliminating the risk of accidental detachment.

  • Publication number: 20210108397
Abstract: Shower arm with an integrated regulator for shower head, which is capable of controlling the water flow that exits from the shower head via the regulator bolt with lever inserted in the body of the regulator. This arm is connected to the water supply pipe of the shower room via a nipple connection that is attached to the shower arm based on a metallic tube that, at its other end, incorporates a nipple union in which the body of the water flow regulator is attached. The regulator bolt allows you to reduce the water flow to the maximum and, because of its type of coupling, it is expressly designed to receive the Spherical Shower Head which is the object of international patent application PCT/MX/2018/000032 and that, via a standard universal male thread adapter, any shower head can be fitted.

  • Publication number: 20210016302
Abstract: The invention relates to a water-saving spherical shower head. Due to its operation, it only requires a minimal expenditure of 600 millilitres of water per minute, and is capable of vertically generating a soft, dense curtain of rain, produced by fine lines of water that form concentric parabolas with various ranges, generated by a novel system of micro-conduits arranged in various circumferences, oriented at various firing angles and executed perpendicularly on the surface of a hollow hemisphere. The head is characterised in that it produces a soft, dense curtain of rain, with a pressure of 60 cm of water. With an expenditure of 600 millilitres per minute, the curtain of rain covers a surface area of 154 cm2 at a distance of 5 cm, and opens up to a diameter of 14 cm. The shower head is inadequate for expenditures of more than 600 millilitres per minute.
