Publication number: 20240366050Abstract: The invention relates to a flexible hose (10), which has a corrugated-profile inner hose (12) for conveying media along a longitudinal axis (18) and is surrounded, on an outer face (20), by a substantially flat covering (22), and is provided, on at least one of its two ends, with a connection piece. An electrical conductor (30) is situated radially between the inner hose and the covering, which conductor extends from one end to the other end of the inner hose and terminates in the connection piece to provide electrical contact. The electrical conductor is formed by a resilient flat-conductor assembly (32) which extends along the hose in an electrically insulated manner in parallel with the longitudinal axis and is held on the corrugated profile (34) of the inner hose at least by the covering. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a hose on a large scale.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 29, 2022Publication date: November 7, 2024Inventors: Ingo Steitz, Sascha Gärtner, Marco Holst

Publication number: 20240092006Abstract: In a method for producing a coiled tubing (RW) from a thermoplastic material, in a first shaping step a tubular extrudate (EX) is extruded via an annular nozzle gap (16) in an extruder (12) before, in a second shaping step directly following the first shaping step, the extrudate which is drawn down from the nozzle gap and is still plastically deformable is calibrated in a shaping device (18) in order to obtain a geometrically defined profile cross section (PQ) and is shaped into the coiled tubing, whereupon the coiled tubing having the geometrically determined profile cross section solidifies. This method allows for continuous production of the coiled tubing with a new, high quality in respect of dimensional and shape tolerances on the profile cross section of the coiled tubing. The invention also relates to a device (10) for producing such a coiled tubing.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 22, 2021Publication date: March 21, 2024Inventors: Marco Holst, Ingo Steitz

Publication number: 20230383872Abstract: A flexible hose (10), for a vacuum cleaner, has a wall (12), an inner side (14) of which delimiting a cavity (16) for conveying media and at least one outer side (18) of which having a profiling (20) which has, in section, seen along a longitudinal axis (22) of the hose, elevations (24) and depressions (26). On the outer side of the wall, at least one electrically conductive track (28) is provided which extends around the wall and is in electrical contact with at least one electrically conductive thread (30) which electrically connects ends of the hose facing away from one another. The electrically conductive thread is fastened to the outer side in a manner extending substantially along the longitudinal axis of the hose and transverse to the electrically conductive track.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 22, 2021Publication date: November 30, 2023Inventors: Marco Holst, Dirk Schwan, Ingo Steitz

Patent number: 7990023Abstract: An arrangement is proposed for forming a piezoelectric actuator, which has at least one piezoelectric element that in each case consists of a multi-layer structure of piezoelectric-layers, wherein internal electrodes arranged between the piezoelectric-layers in the direction of the build-up of the layers of the piezoelectric element, have an electrical voltage of different polarity alternately applied to them. Around the piezoelectric element, or in the case of multiple piezoelectric elements positioned in series in the activation direction, around the piezoelectric elements, and at least partially around the actuator head and the actuator foot there is arranged a covering system made from at least one layer of an insulating material. The at least one layer encloses the joints between the piezoelectric element or elements and the actuator head and the actuator foot, forming a seal.Type: GrantFiled: May 22, 2007Date of Patent: August 2, 2011Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbHInventors: Albano De Paoli, Stefan Schuerg, Wolfgang Stoecklein, Holger Rapp, Thomas Pauer, Friedrich Boecking, Marco Holst, Helmut Sommariva, Claudia Klotz, Peter Cromme

Publication number: 20070279845Abstract: The present invention describes a device having a housing and at least one electrical component, the housing having at least one of the electrical components and being filled at least partially by a passivating agent. Furthermore, it is provided that the electrical component is covered at least partially by the passivating agent. Now, the crux of the present invention is that an additional material layer is applied on top of the passivating agent. Using this additional material layer, a device is able to be implemented in a simple and cost-effective construction, that is resistive to environmental damages. This makes possible using electrical components in corrosive environments.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 7, 2005Publication date: December 6, 2007Inventors: Winfried Kuhnt, Wilfried Ihl, Andreas Junger, Hubert Benzel, Markus Muzic, Lutz Mueller, Frank Schaefer, Roland Guenschel, Marco Holst, Frank Wehrmann, Polichronis Lepidis, Gabriele Godzik, Kristin Weinert
