  • Patent number: 11952074
Abstract: A bicycle electronic controller has a body with a push-operated switch, a manual actuation member for issuing a command, and a motion transmission device interposed between the manual actuation member and the switch. The motion transmission device includes a guide element which is provided with a filiform through cavity and has a first end fixed in proximity to the manual actuation member and a second end fixed in proximity to the switch. A longitudinally, substantially incompressible filiform body is slidingly guided within the guide element and has a first end pushed by actuation of the manual actuation member and a second end that pushes on the switch. The switch is housed within the electronic controller body where a tight insulation can be achieved in addition to arranging the actuation member where it is more ergonomic.

  • Publication number: 20230294794
Abstract: A bicycle control device includes a body, at least one button on the body, an antenna for connection via radio to a component of the bicycle, and an electronic unit mounted in the body and connected to the button and to the antenna. The control device also includes an insert made of electrically insulating material, with a resistivity greater than 107 ?m, on the body, the antenna being on the insert. The arrangement of the antenna on the insert of such an insulating material reduces or eliminates disturbances during the transmission from the antenna to the component, independently of the material of the body.

  • Patent number: 11724772
Abstract: The invention relates to a toothed wheel assembly for a cassette having a first toothed wheel and a second toothed wheel that are concentric. The second tooth wheel has a greater number of teeth than the first toothed wheel; a radially inner cylindrical portion to engage a sprocket support body; a plurality of spokes comprising respective first constraining portions to the first toothed wheel and second constraining portions to the radially inner cylindrical portion; and a plurality of connection bodies that connect the first. The second toothed wheel has an axially-extending portion with at least one pair of spokes having connection bodies that include axially-extending portions in the circumferential direction and at least partially contained in the minimum circumferential extension a respective spoke.
