The hollow body includes a flexible outer cover which connects the upper end part to the lower end part such that a closed inner space is formed within which the spacer element is also arranged. The outer cover is can be at least partly surrounded by a hand, and the inner space of the hollow body contains a gel, elastic multicomponent or liquid material which acts as a pressure transmitter. A pressure measuring apparatus extends at least partly in the inner space in the longitudinal direction to transmit the pressure from the outer cover via the pressure transmitter to the pressure measuring apparatus.
