  • Publication number: 20250355421
Abstract: A method is for automatically determining the value of a state variable of a drive train for moving a load. The drive train includes a drive and a drive element which is driven by the drive and moved with the load, and a fixed support element on which the drive element is supported, in order to move the load relative to the support element. The method includes the steps of accelerating the load by the drive by specifying a driving profile with acceleration reversal; during the acceleration of the load, detecting an ACTUAL acceleration of the drive and detecting an ACTUAL acceleration of the load; and determining the value of the state variable of the drive train by evaluating the detected ACTUAL accelerations of the drive and the load.

  • Publication number: 20190009287
Abstract: A coating device for applying coating material onto an object in an electrostatically guided manner, and a method of providing coating material for the same, the coating device having an application device for dispensing coating material, a storage container for coating material, a coating material supply line which is connected to the storage container for supplying coating material to the storage container, and a coating line which connects the storage container to the application device. The application device and the coating line are designed to be under high voltage during a coating process. The coating device has a rinsing container for a rinsing liquid, a rinsing liquid supply line connected to the rinsing container for supplying rinsing liquid to the rinsing container, and a rinsing line which connects the rinsing container to the application device. The rinsing container and the rinsing line are designed to be under high voltage during a coating process.
