  • Patent number: 9571291
Abstract: A conference condition file is used to check whether at least one stored conference condition is met, which indicates a condition regarding a participant's setup of and/or participation in the telecommunication conference. If at least one condition is met then the conference is set up or the participant is added to the conference.

  • Patent number: 7079603
Abstract: The method determines the position of a predetermined known signal segment in a transmitted signal received in a receiver by means of a correlation between the received signal and a representation of the known signal segment stored in the receiver. The known signal segment is stored in the receiver as an erroned hierarchical sequence that is the sum of a hierarchical sequence and an error sequence. The correlation is formed as a sum of a correlation between the received signal and the stored hierarchical sequence and a correlation between the received signal end the stored error sequence.

  • Patent number: 6937139
Abstract: A method and a device, respectively, for controlling a barricade of a parking space for a vehicle are proposed, the method being used to change a code as needed with which authorization for controlling the barricade of the parking space is attained and to recognize a plurality of codes as authorized for one barricade. A code is able to be changed using a password. The radio signals are preferably transmitted via Bluetooth. A dwell time of the vehicle in the parking space may also be logged. A code may be designed as a personal identification number or as an identification number of the vehicle or of the radio module. The barricade is designed as either a garage door or a barrier.

  • Publication number: 20020013138
Abstract: A radio receiver (1), preferably a car radio, is proposed which is protected against theft and is used for mobile phone calls. To that end, the radio receiver (1) has a removable control panel (5) for operating the radio receiver (1), wherein the control panel (5) has a keypad (10). The control panel (5) has a radio device (50), preferably embodied as a radio telephone for communication with at least one radio station. Furthermore, at least one interface (15) is provided, by way of which, when the control panel (5) is connected to the radio receiver (1), data and/or antenna signals can be exchanged between the control panel (5) and the radio receiver (1). The radio device (50) can be operated using the keypad (10).

  • Patent number: 5790595
Abstract: In a method for demodulation of multistage-modulated data, correspondence variables (decision variables) are determined from the comparison of the received signal with stored signals, and these correspondence variables are converted into a posteriori symbol probabilities. The received signal represents a symbol which in turn represents a data group. The a posteriori symbol probabilities are now accounted for in turn such that one individual probability information item is produced for each bit of a data group, which information indicates the probability of a relevant bit being +1. Reliability values are determined from these bit-specific probabilities, and these reliability values are output, together with the bits, as soft bits.
