Abstract: The present invention relates to a new crystal form of the compound 4-[4-(4-fluorophenoxy)benzenesulfonylamino]-tetrahydropyran-4-carboxylic acid hydroxyamide, combinations of forms of that compound, compositions containing one or more forms of the compound, processes for preparing forms of the compound and compositions containing one or more of them, and the use of one or more forms of the compound and compositions containing one or more of them in treating medical disorders.
