The flange is configured to follow a contour of the wearer's face. The flange is configured to contact the wearer's face at least at a nasal bridge portion, a chin portion, a left cheek portion, and a right cheek portion. The centerless wheel assembly may also include a one-way bearing that may be disposed between the centerless rim and the centerless flywheel. The one-way bearing may be positioned such that as the centerless rim may rotate in the first direction, the centerless flywheel may be caused to rotate in the first direction and as the centerless rim may rotate in the second direction, the centerless flywheel may not be caused to rotate.

The swing arm may also be configured to move from either the first position or the second position to a third position by actuating the swing arm from the pivot point such that a distal end of the swing arm moves away from the platform to broaden a wheelbase of the ground vehicle.
