Abstract: A method and a device for delegating access rights in a system which is configured to handle access rights of users to resources in the system is disclosed. The method comprises assigning a first access right to a first user; appointing a pool of one or more users serving as deputies for the first user; checking if the first user, during a predefined period of time, has refrained from performing a predefined activity with respect to the resources; and if so, delegating the first access right to a user in the pool.

Abstract: An apparatus being adapted to determine an occupancy in a designated area, said apparatus comprising a memory and a controller, said controller being configured to determine at least one passage time; wherein said passage time is a time for a detected passage into and/or out of said area based on said image stream, determine an average occupancy time, determine if a passage into said designated area is estimated to occupy the designated area by comparing the time for the passage with the average occupancy time, and determine an estimation of the present occupancy in the designated area to equal the number of such passages.

Abstract: A patient support is provided with a membrane made of a stretchable material. The membrane may be fixed in one embodiment to lateral supports and used as a patient's knee or calf support. During use, the membrane can stretch on the application of force by a patient, which stretch will reduce discomfort and pain and can also assist in preventing slippage of the patient during movement. The flexible membrane may be used also in patient slings and other supports.

Abstract: A controller device may correspond to a physical access controller in a distributed physical access control system. The controller device may include logic configured to obtain access to a global database that include access control information for a plurality of controller devices. The logic may be further configured to derive a local access rules table from the global database, wherein the local access rules table relates users to access rules, and wherein the local access rules table is encrypted with a local access rules key; and derive a local credentials table from the global database, wherein the local credentials table relates hashed credentials to users, wherein the local credentials table stores, for a user, the local access rules key encrypted with unhashed credentials associated with the user, wherein the unhashed credentials are not stored in the controller device.

Abstract: A coupling device for holding together a coupling joint. The device may include two coupling halves, which may be articulated relative to one another. The coupling device may be arranged in its active position to engage portions of two interconnected pipes adjacent the coupling joint. One of the coupling halves may be formed with a catch, and the other half with a holding portion that cooperates with the catch. One of the halves may be provided with at least one protrusion and the other half with at least one recess. The at least one protrusion and the at least one recess may be arranged to cooperate and guide the catch into a position as to engage the holding portion.

Abstract: A coupling device (1) for holding together a coupling joint, said device comprising two coupling halves (6, 7), which are articulated relative to one another. The coupling device (1) arranged in its active position to engage portions, preferably radial protrusions (11), of two interconnected pipes (10) adjacent said coupling joint. One of the coupling halves (7, 7) is formed with a catch (2) and the other half (6, 7) with a holding portion (3) that cooperates with the catch (2). One of the halves (6, 7) is provided with at least one protrusion (4) and the other half (6, 7) with at least one recess (5), said protrusion (4) and said recess (5) arranged to co-operate to guide the catch (2) on one of the coupling halves (6, 7) into a position, wherein it engages the holding portion (3) on the other half (6, 7).
