Abstract: The present invention is directed towards a portable, activity center for providing educational and entertaining toys to children; particularly towards an activity center that releasably attaches to an adult's forearm such that the free arm of the adult securely holds the child such that the child is able to safely interact with the activity center; most particularly an activity center including a rigid support member wherein one end thereof is releasably mounted to an adult's upper forearm and the opposite end can be releasably mounted to the lower forearm, gripped by the hand or attached to a stationary object.
