  • Publication number: 20220118090
Abstract: A method and a device for treating particles and nanoparticles in a suspension. A liquid jet is generated in which the particles are entrained. The liquid jet is irradiated with at least two laser beams, preferably pulsed beams, from mutually different directions. The particles are thereby comminuted. The suspension is analyzed before and/or after the irradiation. The liquid of the liquid jet is then collected in a collection vessel.

  • Publication number: 20220016703
Abstract: The invention shows a device for producing nanoparticles, the device having a pulsed laser with a scanning device for guiding the beam of the laser over a target that is fixed in a flow-through chamber. The flow-through chamber is reversibly connected to a supply line for carrier fluid, so that the flow-through chamber is exchangeable e.g. for a further flow-through chamber having a different target and/or a different dimensioning.

  • Patent number: 10035112
Abstract: The invention provides a process for the production of nanoparticles as well as a device that is disposed for the production of the nanoparticles. The process is especially characterized in that the nanoparticles are pure, especially free from organic carbon compounds, preferably carbon-free, and are obtained continuously. The nanoparticles which are obtainable by the process of the invention are characterized in that they are present without an organic ligand in suspension and are especially preferred stable as a suspension against agglomeration, wherein the medium having the particles suspended therein is free from organic carbon compounds, especially carbon-free.
