  • Publication number: 20250198890
Abstract: Articles, systems, and methods for quickly testing for and precisely quantifying a dilute analyte in a sample, e.g., a drug in a biological sample, include a substrate at least partially coated with chromatography medium reservoirs configured to deliver solvent to the chromatography medium, and a detector configured to detect the analyte. Additionally provided are methods for quantifying the amount of the dilute analyte in the mixture. Methods can include separating molecules in a sample in a first dimension chromatographically, and then concentrating an analyte in a second dimension chromatographically.

  • Publication number: 20220236295
Abstract: A cartridge for sample preparation includes an inlet configured to receive a collected sample, a phase transfer assembly including a plurality of bead layers, and an outlet. The collected sample is configured to be transferred through the bead layers of the phase transfer assembly to extract a compound therefrom. The outlet is configured to transfer the extracted compound to a detector for analysis of the extracted compound.

  • Publication number: 20210307732
Abstract: A system for drug testing includes a collector configured to collect saliva, a processor configured to mate with the collector, and a detector. The collector comprises a mouthpiece, an elongate body, a vent to vent air from the body and a collection portion to collect saliva. The processor is configured to automatically extract a first sample of the saliva and a second sample of the saliva. The detector is configured to mate with the processor and to analyze the first sample to detect an amount of drug in the collected saliva.
