Abstract: A system for facilitating commerce by the use of an overseer network. The system includes processing steps that allow a customer to purchase goods or services by selecting a first retail establishment either from his home computer or from the location of a second retail establishment. If a third retail establishment or web site is a member of the overseer network, the customer may pay for the ordered goods or services from any one of the first, second, or third retail establishments and receive his goods or services from the first retail establishment.

Abstract: A method for acquiring and distributing entertainment items, information representative of monetary funds, and/or commercial products, some or all which maybe combined or bundled in a single package. Goods and services are first identified. Advertising is provided for at least one commercial product. The advertising includes a predetermined code associated with the commercial product. The commercial product is sold and, upon acceptance of the predetermined code, a second commercial product or an entertainment item or a medium containing information representative of monetary funds is provided as a single entity or transaction.

Abstract: A method for acquiring and distributing entertainment content and telecommunications time in a single package. Entertainment content is first acquired by purchase, license or assignment. Telecommunications time is also acquired by means of an appropriate agreement with a provider of telecommunications services. Both the acquired entertainment content and the acquired telecommunications time are packaged on a medium, which is then sold as a single unit. A contest may be conducted for a customer based on information residing on the medium. The medium may be a CD, a DVD, a phone card, a debit card, a credit card, an Internet file, etc. The medium may include a serial number.
