  • Patent number: 9483743
Abstract: A system provides repeatable requirements for projects designed for criticality. A user interface outputs a list of business requirements for a project to assist in functional requirement selection, outputs a set of general functional requirements associated with an application that is associated with the project for selection, and receives selection of the set of general functional requirements. A server determines a design class for an application based on the selection, wherein the design class is based at least in part on at least one of an upstream application and a downstream application, wherein the application depends on the upstream application, and wherein the downstream application depends on the application.

  • Patent number: 8255829
Abstract: Systems and methods provide system level information technology security requirements. A requirements component outputs prompts via a user interface, including questions regarding a type of data associated with a project application, how the project application authenticates and authorizes users, a processing and storage characterization of the project application and corresponding sets of selectable responses. The component receives selections of at least one of each set of selectable responses, identifies a set of security requirements for the project application based on the selections, and outputs the set of security requirements via the user interface to assist an application team in developing the project application. The component may identify a security test associated with at least one of the set of security requirements, and output the identification of the security test.

  • Publication number: 20040029186
Abstract: This invention relates to methods for measuring the binding interaction between a leukocyte adhesion molecule and a vascular endothelial ligand in whole blood ex vivo. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the leukocyte adhesion molecule is the integrin &agr;4&bgr;1, also known as Very Late Antigen-4 (VLA-4) or CD49d/CD29, and the vascular endothelial ligand is Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule-1 (VCAM-1). The methods are especially useful for measuring the effects of compounds which modulate the binding interaction between the adhesion molecule and its ligand.
