Abstract: A package structure that includes wings that extend from both sides in the width direction provided on an absorbent article. On first regions on the clothing side of the wings and second regions on the clothing side of the backing sheet, adhesive for affixing the absorbent article to underwear is applied. With the wings folded toward the skin-contacting side of the surface sheet, a water-degradable release sheet is provided so as to cover the first regions. Wrapping sheet is non-water-degradable, is peelable from the underwear-affixing adhesive and is provided so as to cover the second regions.
