Abstract: A composite nonwoven sheet material includes pulp fibers, a reinforcement material and microfibers. The sheet material has one pulp-enriched first outer layer and one microfiber-enriched second outer layer, the reinforcement material is thereby interposed between the pulp-enriched first outer layer and the microfiber-enriched second outer layer and the pulp fibers and the microfibers penetrate the reinforcement material. Also disclosed is a process of producing such composite nonwoven sheet material and the use of such composite nonwoven sheet material.

A process of producing a composite nonwoven sheet material, comprising: forming a fibrous web comprising a reinforcement layer comprising mainly reinforcement filaments, a pulp layer comprising mainly pulp fibers, and a surface layer comprising mainly microfibers, wherein the pulp layer is interposed between the reinforcement layer and the surface layer; and hydroentangling the fibrous web to form the composite nonwoven sheet material.

The absorbent material exhibits an absorbency speed of equal to or less than 2 s and a weight loss when washed of equal to or less than 5%. The absorbent material can be incorporated into a wipe.

A printed tag is arranged on the inner wearer facing side of the chassis in at least one of the front portion, back portion, and the waistband. The tag has at least one first area which is fixedly attached to the chassis and at least one second area which is unattached. The first fixedly attached area covers an area of at least 5% of the total area of the tag and the second unattached area has a length extending along a side edge of the tag of at least 5 mm and a width of at least 1 mm. The tag as described makes it easier to differentiate between the front and back of the article.

Abstract: An absorbent product having a rear part, a front part and a crotch part in its longitudinal direction, including a liquid permeable perforated top sheet facing the wearer, a liquid impermeable back sheet facing away from the wearer, and an absorbent structure positioned between the top sheet and the back sheet, and whereby longitudinally extending textile-like edges are positioned on both longitudinal sides of the top sheet, whereby the rear part of the absorbent structure is rounded in the form of at least three different radii. Hereby, it is possible to adjust the shape of the absorbent structure so that more absorbent material is put in the product.

Abstract: A folded absorbent article for the absorption of body fluids and packaged in a packaging wrapper, wherein the packaging wrapper comprises a container part having an inside and an outside and an opening for taking out the absorbent article, and a lid part having an open position and a closed position. The lid part closes the opening of the container part in the closed position and is releasably attached to the outside of the container part. A distance element is arranged between the lid part and the container part for facilitating opening of the packaging wrapper.
