    Abstract: An immunoassay assay for 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D receptor protein (3) is disclosed. It uses two antibodies (1) (7), one labelled (2) and one anchored with biotin (6). The two antibodies bind to different epitopes (4) (5) of the receptor (3) provided, and the biotin (6) permits use of avidin sepharose (8) to separate labelled receptor protein for measurement.
