  • Publication number: 20180223576
Abstract: A braking device for a movable door wing comprising an electric motor operated as a generator wherein its motor shaft is rotatable by a movement of the door wing and which outputs a motion-dependent motor voltage, and a braking circuit to which the motor voltage is applied or can be applied and via which the electric motor can be short-circuited in order to dampen a movement of the door wing. In addition, it is provided that the braking device comprises a safety device with a current sensor which is designed to detect amperage generated by the electric motor. The safety device is designed to modify the braking circuit depending on the detected amperage in such a way that upon reaching or exceeding a predetermined or predeterminable overload amperage, the current in the braking circuit is reduced.

  • Patent number: 7734135
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing optical performs, in which one or more layers of glass, doped or undoped, are deposited onto the internal surface of a hollow substrate tube, which deposition is effected by supplying one or more reactive gas mixtures of glass-forming compounds tot the interior of the hollow substrate tube and subsequently generating a non-isothermal plasma in the hollow substrate tube, after which the preform is subjected to a contraction process for the purpose of forming a massive rod, from which optical fibres are drawn.

  • Patent number: 7239370
Abstract: In a projection system a pattern plane on a reticle is illuminated to have a projection image focussed on an image plane. The presence of a pellicle in the optical path causes a virtual shift of the position of the pattern plane on the reticle. Depending on the presence or absence of the pellicle the image plane of the projection image needs to be adapted for proper focussing. A compensator counteracts the virtual shift of pattern plane due to the pellicle, by shifting the position of the pattern plane.
