The process comprises adding the active ingredients to a molten mass consisting of amphiphilic compounds with melting or softening point ranging from 30° C. to 60° C. and/or by lipophilic compounds with melting point ranging from 40° C. to 90° C., and optionally adding powder active pharmaceuticals ingredients or excipients, then formulating the final compositions.
