  • Publication number: 20080092950
Abstract: The solar cell structure is comprised of a base substrate, a face side on which the light falls, and a rear side, on which all the electrical contacts are arranged, and which collects the carriers photogenerated at its face side. The base substrate features thinned zones, or zones of reduced thickness, in which bipolar transistors are constituted; bipolar transistors which transport the carriers photogenerated at its face side towards its rear side. When the substrates are p-type, the bipolar transistors are npn, whereas when the substrates are n-type, the bipolar transistors are pnp. These structures may be manufactured by means of industrial methods which are compatible with screen printing techniques.

  • Publication number: 20070048862
Abstract: The vectors comprise a recombinant defective viral genome expressing at least one antigen suitable for the induction of systemic and secretory immune responses or an antibody conferring protection against an infectious agent. The defective viral genome comprises the genome of a parental virus having the viral replicase recognition signals located on ends 3? and 5?, further comprising internal deletions, and wherein said defective viral genome depends on a helper virus for its replication and encapsidation. These vectors are suitable for the forming of a recombinant system comprising the aforesaid expression vector, and a helper virus. The system is suitable for the manufacture of mono- and polyvalent vaccines against infectious agents of different animal species, especially pigs, dogs and cats, and as expression vehicles for antibodies protective against infectious agents.

  • Publication number: 20050238220
Abstract: A method and the respective devices for the automatic or manual inspection of linear infrastructures, such as electric lines, which is controlled by a single operator are disclosed. The system is divided into two stages: an on-board stage on a mobile and a subsequent post-processing stage in which the final report is issued. The on-board equipment comprises two gyrostabilized platforms, one of which is responsible for collecting panoramic images that will provide general information on the lines, and the other is configured to automatically capture detailed images.
