  • Patent number: 6615827
Abstract: The present invention relates to an inhalation device for dispensing a medicament from a valved dispenser. The device includes a housing having a longitudinal slot, an associated nozzle body, a cylindrical advance tube that slidably receives therein the dispenser and that has an external helically extend thread member, an advance ring that associates with the dispenser and that slidable engages the advance tube, and a level indicator. A zigzag track in either the advance tube or the advance ring, and a mating stud in the other of the ring or tube causes the advance tube to rotate when the ring is moved reciprocally when the dispenser is actuated. The level indicator device linearly indicates a remaining amount of medicament.

  • Patent number: 6473923
Abstract: An infant positioner positions an infant in a supine position for sleeping and reduces the risk of developing positional plagiocephaly. The infant positioner includes a mat for supporting the torso of an infant. A first body pillow is attached to the mat, and a second body pillow is attached to the mat in spaced relationship with the first body pillow. A head positioner is attached to the mat for supporting the head of the infant lying supine on the mat between the first and second body pillows. The head positioner has at least one upper surface that slopes transversely such that the infant's head is caused to rotate to the side while sleeping in the supine position.

  • Publication number: 20020148058
Abstract: A paint brush assembly is provided that has a handle subassembly that is detachably engageable with a paint applicator subassembly, such as a bristle pack. The rear portion of the paint applicator assembly is provided with a handle connector and the forward end portion of the handle subassembly is provided with a tool connector. The handle connector is detachably associated with the tool connector by slidably inserting the handle connector into the tool connector. During the inserting, end portions of each one of a pair of resilient arms in the handle connector become reversibly engaged and interlocked with a different window provided in the tool connector. Manual depression of the handle connector's exposed arm end portions in the windows releases the arms from engagement with the tool connector windows, and permits slidable separation of the handle connector from the tool connector.
