    Abstract: The invention relates to bioactive boxes for cellular cultures comprising a bilayer which is arranged on the bottom of said boxes and provided with an internal primary layer made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, or polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and an external bioactive layer made of carboxypropylmethylcellulose. Said invention also relates to the use of the inventive boxes for carrying out methods for studying cellular ageing, cellular differentiation and apoptosis, method s for screening anti-ageing molecules, methods for screening antitumoral molecules, methods for in vitro diagnosis of the antitumoral molecule malignancy and consequently methods for in vitro prognosticating tumors or for study methods related to researches on signalling controlling morphology, bioadhesion, cellular proliferation and intercellular communications.
