The instant compounds have an affinity for the fibrinogen receptor: the complex of the glycoproteins IIb/llIa (GP IIb/IIIa); more particularly, the subject of the present invention is new inhibitors of platelet aggregation which are antagonists of the GP IIb/IIIa receptors, of nonpeptide structure, which are active via the parenteral and oral routes.
