Abstract: The systems and methods described in this paper are for processing data objects in a database based on an actionability status of data object elements. The graphical user interfaces (GUI) for use in association with processing the data object and data object elements is described in greater detail. Additionally, the GUI dynamically displays actionability status of various tasks or milestones associated with a plurality of data objects and limits the presentation of, assignment of, and/or action on only data object elements which are immediately actionable such that other data object elements which are not immediately actionable are not readily viewable by all users.
