  • Publication number: 20230366173
Abstract: A manoeuvring arrangement for a working equipment, includes a manoeuvring unit and control unit. The manoeuvring arrangement is configured to initiate a selection state in response of a first interaction by an operator with a first selection member. A control unit, when in a selection state, controls a second display section to display a navigation view including a list of a group of a plurality of predefined operation modes. A timer module monitors the time period since the last interaction by the operator with the first selection member and generates an exit selection state signal in response of the monitored time period being larger than a predefined selection time period. The manoeuvring arrangement leaves the operation mode selection state if an exit selection state signal has been generated and initiates the operation mode by applying the operation mode with a marking in the displayed list on the second display section.

  • Patent number: 10282838
Abstract: The present approach relates to providing image quality feedback to personnel (e.g., a technician) acquiring non-invasive images in real-time or near real-time. By way of example, the proposed approach may automatically assess the quality of images in real-time by evaluating the images for the presence or absence of non-conformities using processor-implemented, rule-based algorithms running partly or completely in parallel to one another. The proposed approach improves the image analysis pipeline by efficiently providing notification of and/or discarding low-quality or unsuitable images or exams after they are taken, such as in within seconds or minutes.

  • Publication number: 20180298747
Abstract: A system for monitoring a position of a pipe joint as the pipe joint moves through a production system along a longitudinal axis of a wellbore of the production system includes an ultrasonic sensor configured to detect the pipe joint. The system also includes a controller configured to receive a signal from the ultrasonic sensor. The controller includes a processor configured to determine a first position of the pipe joint along the longitudinal axis at a first time based on the signal. The processor is further configured to determine a displacement from the first position of the pipe joint, and to determine a second position of the pipe joint along the longitudinal axis at a second time based on the displacement. The controller also includes a memory configured to store the first position and the second position.

  • Publication number: 20180157928
Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide an image analytics platform that follows a microservice-based architecture. The platform provides a set of algorithms implemented as microservices to design knowledge-based models. The image analytics platform is deployed in the cloud for management and storage of images. In order to facilitate the design, composition and integration of the algorithms, a web application facilitates design of the knowledge models by the use of directed graphs. The web application allows physicians to design specific knowledge models and share with others; developers can easily add and test new image processing algorithms; and physicians can design and test different algorithms and evaluate selected results in a more efficient way.
