Patent number: 11891790Abstract: The present invention provides a foundation connection device disposed within a concrete structure, securing the concrete structure to a foundation when a bolt engages the foundation connection device and is driven into the foundation. The device includes a tubular post defining a cavity. A base plate has upper and lower surfaces, an aperture through the surfaces, and the lower surface aligns with a bottom surface of the concrete structure. A stop plate defining a circular through-hole is within the tubular post and receives the bolt. The bolt has a bolt head and a bolt shaft, and when the bolt engages the foundation connection device and is driven into the foundation, the bolt head engages the stop plate and the bolt shaft extends through the circular through-hole of the stop plate within the cavity of the tubular post, and through the aperture of the base plate into the foundation.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2022Date of Patent: February 6, 2024Assignee: CCS Contractor Equipment & Supply, LLCInventor: Marinus Hansort

Patent number: 11828075Abstract: A form bracket for supporting a wall of a concrete panel form at a casting slab includes a first planar member having a lower surface configured to engage a casting slab. A second planar member is coupled with the first planar member. The second planar member has a front surface disposed perpendicular to the lower surface of the first planar member and configured to engage a wall of a concrete panel form. In some implementations, the first and second planar members have different dimensions so as to be capable of being reoriented to accommodate different sized walls. A pair of support members extend between an upper portion of the first planar member and a rear portion of the second planar member. The pair of support members are spaced apart to define a void that is configured to matably receive a second form bracket in a stacked arrangement.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2022Date of Patent: November 28, 2023Assignee: CCS Contractor Equipment & Supply, LLCInventor: Marinus Hansort

Patent number: 11686111Abstract: A modular pipe brace assembly is provided for supporting a concrete wall panel, where the modular pipe brace assembly has a plurality of brace sections that each have a pipe with one of at least two standard lengths and a connection plate attached to each end of the pipe. At least two of the plurality of brace sections are attached together in longitudinal alignment by engaging the connection plates to define a pipe assembly with a desired length. An adjustable shoe assembly is attached to each end of the pipe assembly and is configured to engage a ground anchor or a concrete wall panel. The plurality of brace sections may, for example, include a low-load brace section that has a low-load capacity pipe and a high-load brace section that has a high-load capacity pipe.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2020Date of Patent: June 27, 2023Assignee: CCS Contractor Equipment & Supply, LLCInventor: Marinus Hansort

Patent number: 10662642Abstract: A floor dowel sleeve has a body portion with a top wall, a bottom wall, two side walls, and an end wall that together to surround an interior cavity. The interior cavity is configured to receive a dowel plate at an opening in the body portion opposite the end wall. Spacing elements are disposed at each of the two side walls and are configured to interface with opposing edges of the dowel plate to provide a space between the dowel plate and interior surfaces of the two side walls. The spacing elements each have a pair of legs that integrally protrude from the side wall into the interior cavity and interconnect to form a spacing chamber. The spacing elements are each configured to flex into the spacing chamber upon lateral horizontal movement of the dowel plate within the interior cavity.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2019Date of Patent: May 26, 2020Assignee: Midwest Concrete & Masonry Supply, Inc.Inventor: Marinus Hansort
