Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a two-part adjustable potted insert to be received within an insert hole of a honeycomb panel for fastening a threaded fastener thereon. The insert comprises an outer structural member which is configured to be received within the insert hole, and an inner structural member in a releasable engagement with the outer structural member. The outer structural member comprises an external main body which defines an external surface configured to resist pull-out and torque-out to retain the outer structural member in the honeycomb panel when inserted in the insert hole, a threaded opening within the external main body which defines a bottom surface, and a locking recess formed within the bottom surface.

Abstract: The extrusion head comprises a first extrusion outlet surrounding an aperture wherethrough a metal section can be fed and a second extrusion outlet located externally to the first extrusion outlet, the latter being communicated to a first feed branched channel for the plastics material to be extruded, extending substantially perpendicularly to the feed direction of the metal section, while the second extrusion outlet is in turn communicated to a second plastics material branched channel also perpendicularly extending to the feed direction of the metal section and substantially juxtaposed to the first channel.

Abstract: An extrusion head for moldings to be used in the construction of window, door and the like frames, as well as a molding produced thereby, are provided. A frequently encountered problem in the manufacture of plastics material moldings for window and door frames is represented by the necessity of increasing the mechanical strength and thermal insulation properties thereof, as well as the necessity of minimizing the amount of plastics material utilized. This technical problem is solved by providing an extrusion head affording the possibility of producing in one pass a molding having an outer skin of rigid PVC and an inner lining, adhering to said skin, made of rigid foamed PVC and defining an inner cavity. The extrusion head is provided, for this purpose, with a first mouth and a second mouth, having both a closed contour and being arranged one within the other, which are fed from two supply channels, independent of each other and so constructed as not to interfere with each other.
