  • Patent number: 12140101
Abstract: A method for recalibrating an engine includes querying an engine for a unique engine identifier, sending the unique engine identifier to a cloud-based server, determining one or more engine calibration settings available to the engine based on the unique engine identifier sent to the cloud-based server, presenting the one or more engine calibration settings to a user through a user interface so that the user may select a desired engine calibration setting, sending the desired engine calibration setting as selected by the user to an electronic control unit of the engine, and replacing a current engine calibration with the desired engine calibration setting in the electronic control unit of the engine.

  • Publication number: 20240172174
Abstract: An outdoor power equipment system includes outdoor power equipment, a battery configured to supply electrical power to the outdoor power equipment, an endpoint coupled to the battery, and a near-field communication transceiver configured to facilitate communication with the outdoor power equipment and the endpoint. The battery is coupled to a sensor that is configured to provide information indicative of a battery status. The endpoint includes a transmitter configured to transmit an endpoint location and the battery status.

  • Patent number: 11889460
Abstract: Systems and apparatuses include an endpoint structured to be coupled to an outdoor power equipment and including an operation sensor structured to provide operational information indicative of an operational status of the outdoor power equipment, and a transmitter structured to wirelessly transmit the operational information; and a gateway including a receiver structured to receive the operational information from the endpoint, and one or more processing circuits comprising one or more memory devices coupled to one or more processors, the one or more memory devices configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to: associate the operational information with a timestamp, record a history of operational information and associated timestamps, and transmit the history to an external device.
