  • Publication number: 20070186794
Abstract: An inking device for inking the screened cylinder of a printing machine, in particular a flexographic printing machine, comprises an inking chamber, delimited by delimiting doctors, and coupled to an ink vessel to which ink is continuously supplied through an ink delivery pipe and therefrom a pipe for continuously supplying ink to the inking chamber extends, a further outlet overflow pipe having an open end leading to the ink vessel, the open end of the outlet pipe being arranged at a level approximately corresponding to the top level of the inking chamber.

  • Patent number: 6739247
Abstract: A printing device (1) is disclosed for rotogravure printing machines comprising: a printing cylinder (3) with notches (50) for printing liquid, a rubber roller (4) for pushing paper web supports (2) against the cylinder (3) in order to print, and a scraper member (7) for cleaning the surface of the printing cylinder (3) of printing liquid not contained in notches (5); the scraper member (7) is equipped with thrusting members (9, 10) central therewith that thrust a central portion of the scraper member (7) towards the cylinder (3) in order to bend the scraper member (7) such that the bend in the scraper member (7) follows a bending to which the cylinder (3) is subjected upon the rubber roller (4) being pushed against the cylinder (3).

  • Publication number: 20030183445
Abstract: A printing device (1) is disclosed for rotogravure printing machines comprising: one printing cylinder (3) with notches (5) for the printing liquid, one rubber roller (4) for pushing printing supports (2) against the cylinder (3) in order to print and one scraper member (7) for cleaning the surface of the printing cylinder (3) from the printing liquid not contained in the notches (5); the scraper member (7) is equipped with thrusting members (9, 10) central therewith that thrust the scraper member (7) towards the cylinder (3) in a central position in order to bend the scraper member (7) next to a bending to which the cylinder (3) is subjected upon thrusting the rubber roller (4) against the cylinder (3).

  • Patent number: 5284088
Abstract: In a printing machine, an arrangement for adjusting web register includes a frame detachably mounted on the machine, and a pair of guide rollers over which a web is guided. A downstream roller is raised and lowered, and both rollers, as well as a pair of frame members, are turned as a unitary assembly relative to the machine.

  • Patent number: 4729309
Abstract: An imprinter, particularly for use downstream of a flexographic printing machine, wherein the stubs at the ends of the counterpressure roller which forms part of the web guiding system are suspended on levers. The levers are pivotable about a horizontal axis defined by a pivot member on one or more carriages which are movable in the frame up and down to move the counterpressure cylinder nearer to or further away from two printing cylinders. The printing cylinders flank the counterpressure cylinder and their stubs are removably installed in open-sided sockets which are provided therefor in the sidewalls of the frame. Each printing cylinder receives ink from a discrete source.
