Abstract: An improve modular manifold (40) for heating and sanitary systems comprising tubular manifold modules (21; 50, 51, 60, 61; 70, 71, 80) having integrally formed end coupling means (22, 23; 53, 54) and either only a branch union (4) or a branch union (4) and an adjusting union (3) for receiving a branched circuit pipe and a shutter mechanism (62), respectively. Metal pre-shaped blanks (1) are provided for producing said manifold modules (21; 50, 51, 60, 61; 70, 71, 80) by hot-pressing and chip-forming machining steps. Plastics manifold modules (21; 50, 51, 60, 61; 70, 71, 80) may also be injection molded.

Abstract: An improved metal ball valve for gas comprises a shutter housing chamber in which are provided two opposite sides or flats allowing to define annular recesses in which shutter sealing gaskets are substantially integrally engaged. The shutter weight is advantageously reduced by providing, for example, a bottom flattened portion and an axial hole, the shutter forming moreover, with the valve rod element, preferably a single-piece assembly, the rod-shutter assembly being held in the body of the valve by upsetting thereon the thinned end crown of a collar of the valve body.

Abstract: Valve for testing and draining sprinkler systems comprises a half-body with an inlet channel and a half-body with an outlet channel which define a housing chamber which houses the valve shutter and is in continuous fluid communication with the inlet channel. The ball shutter has a through channel with end openings having a different diameter as well as a third opening of a joining channel the axis of which is at right angle to the through channel and the joining channel opens out into the latter. Within the outlet channel the shutter is supported by an annular gasket whereas at the inlet side the shutter is supported by a springing insert which has apertures and causes turbulences in the flowing flow.

Abstract: A ball valve with seals for the closure part, each seal is profiled in cross section and can be blocked in the closure part with the assistance of annular flanges which can be bent over against the seals.

Abstract: A ball valve has two mutually orthogonal diametrical internal passages in one of which is mounted a pressure relief valve assembly for resisting sudden pressure flucutations in fluid flow during movement of the ball valve from an open to a closed position. The assembly has an adjustable biasing force to calibrate the valve.
