Abstract: A system manages the financial assets and associated fees for a plurality of clients and includes a securities issuance server and a transaction server operative as an arranger for each ETP series issued for a client from the securities issuance server. A non-relational database stores client financial data for each client and a relational database stores issued series data of the ETP series for each client. At least one financial data provider determines financial fees for each ETP series issued for respective clients. Issued series data and its related financial fee data and the client financial data for an ETP series of selected clients are retrieved from the databases and correlated to generate invoice requests for each selected client and transmitted to the securities issuance server.

At least one data provider provides financial data on each issued ETP series. The changes in the issued series data and client financial data are tracked over time due to changes in the financial markets, the issued ETP series, or the client financial data. The relational database and the non-relational database are periodically updated. Specific client financial data and issued series data are retrieved from the databases and correlated and formatted for presentation in a financial report, including but not limited to, a record of interest and fees, the NAV, an accounting reconciliation, a record of executed trades, a fact sheet, invoices, and performance data.

Abstract: A transaction server stores a plurality of investment strategies, each as a selected portfolio of investment securities. A client subscription to invest in a strategy is received by a transaction server, which in response, generates and transmits an authorization request to a brokerage server that generates and transmits to the client an authorization code. The transaction server receives from the client the authorization code and a monetary investment value to invest within the client's selected investment strategy and calculates an optimal rebalanced monetary allocation for each investment security to minimize the difference between the content provider's desired allocation and the client's actual allocation.

Abstract: A system of issuing and managing financial assets for a plurality of clients includes a transaction server, a securities issuance server, and a communications network coupling both. The transaction server generates client financial data and client documentation and stores client documentation in a database server network located remote from the transaction server. Client financial data is stored in a non-relational database. The securities issuance server issues the ETP series and includes issued series data. A relational database stores the issued series data. Changes in the issued series data and client financial data are tracked over time and the relational and non-relational databases are periodically updated.
