  • Publication number: 20250307335
Abstract: Methods and systems which involve edge computing systems with improved edge performance are disclosed herein. A disclosed method includes transmitting first and second edge requests for a webpage, analyzing first and second responses to the first and second requests, and identifying a collection of dynamic content document objects on the webpage. The webpage comprises the collection of dynamic content document objects and a collection of static content document objects. The method further includes caching the collection of static content document objects and in response to receiving a client request for the webpage: transmitting the collection of static content document objects from the cache; and transmitting a third edge request for the collection of dynamic content document objects. The method further includes receiving the collection of dynamic content document objects and transmitting the collection of dynamic content document objects to the client device.

  • Publication number: 20250299143
Abstract: A computer-implemented method executed by an edge computing system to optimize the delivery and performance of HTML webpages is disclosed. This method involves transmitting a request for a webpage, receiving and modifying the webpage, and selecting either the original or modified version to respond to client requests based on a probability. Performance metrics related to the chosen version are received from client devices and tracked using tracking software. The probabilities of sending different versions to clients are updated based on performance metrics via an edge-side bias module. The disclosure also includes variations such as using generative AI or a WYSIWYG interface for webpage modification, operating in a distributed edge computing system, tracking metrics like conversion rates or revenue, and discarding low-performing versions.

  • Patent number: 7898393
Abstract: A wall mounted scoreboard is sized and configured to be used in a home or commercial establishment. The scoreboard includes a back cover, a cover panel and a display panel. The back cover has a front open face and the cover panel is applied over the front face of the back cover. The display panel is interposed between the back cover and the cover panel. The display panel has changeable indicators arranged in information blocks that are in registry with the windows in the cover panel. The cover panel includes graphics which display a designator for each information block, the designators corresponding to game data. The scoreboard includes a wireless receiver and a control. The wireless receiver receives status information broadcast wirelessly from a game in progress and the control causes the display panel to display the status information thereon within the information blocks.
