Abstract: A bandage is for use in covering a tip of a digit. The bandage includes a backing material and an absorbent material. The backing material includes a coupling mechanism, and is substantially planar. The absorbent material is coupled to the backing material and includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes a first end, a second end, and a body extending therebetween. The body has a width that is narrower than a width of the digit, wherein the width of the digit is measured adjacent to the tip of the digit.
